ABOUT ME
Hey! I’m Lillie! Here’s a little bit about me:
I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer, specialising in Functional Fitness and CrossFit style workouts. I am also qualified in Pre and Post Natal Exercise and Nutrition.
I have always had a passion for staying active; I have ridden horses throughout my whole life as well as doing a lot of sport all the way through my education.
I am a super ambitious and competitive person, which has shown through my eventing career, but more recently, has shone through in the CrossFit world.
I have used my love for fitness, along with nutritional and mindset strategies, to level up my game and be the best version of myself.
I want to help other people achieve this.
We will work together by using the tools that I know work, so that we can achieve this confidence in you and maximise your potential too!

Gym, home, wherever you are around the world! We will work together using a personal nutritional guide, as well as a weekly mindset coaching call, alongside your weekly workouts and check-in. You'll also be part of the LBF community page.
